De Cecco Whole Wheat Spaghetti is made from whole durum wheat semolina, making it easy to prepare a tasty pasta meal in no time. All De Cecco whole wheat pasta is produced following the original De Cecco method. Instead of heating the whole grains first, De Cecco uses a special method with a low drying temperature. This helps preserve the fibre content and the naturally sweet taste of the grain. Spaghetti originated in Southern Italy in the famous pasta cities of Naples, Genoa and Liguria. Made in Italy.
