At WorldwideHolland.com, we use DPD and PostNL as our international shipping partners.
The shipping costs we charge for sending your order are based on the total shipping weight of your order.

Estimated transit time
Estimated transit times are indicative and may vary in some cases. Estimated transit times for parcels outside the EU exclude the time required for customs processing.
Please also allow a processing time of 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Extra information for shipments outside the EU
In countries outside the EU, you may be required to pay import duties, VAT, and/or other local taxes upon delivery of your order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance. Rules differ per country and may change regularly. For up-to-date information, please contact your local customs and tax authorities.

In addition, some countries outside the EU have import restrictions on certain product categories. For example, meat products and dairy products (such as cheese) may be restricted or not allowed, or only permitted under specific conditions. If a product is not allowed, customs may hold the parcel (or part of it), return it, or destroy it. Any additional costs involved (such as import/handling fees, fines, return shipping costs, or destruction costs) are payable by the recipient.

In such cases, it may not be possible for us to issue a full refund, because the goods are not returned to us. Shipping costs paid are not refunded in these situations. A (partial) refund of the product value is only possible if the parcel (or the relevant items) is returned to us and, upon arrival and after inspection, the products are still resaleable.

It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to check which products are permitted in the destination country and under what conditions before placing an order.
