The Reypenaer V.S.O.P. is produced by a small cheese factory in the traditional way. The cheese is aged for 2 years in the unique microclimate of our old warehouse in Woerden with natural differences in temperature and humidity. It is a cheese that melts on the tongue. In the aftertaste you taste cream, light chocolate, light nut and a little sweet. This cheese is not only suitable as a dessert, but also to enjoy with friends at any time; it is a real 'evening cheese' with a high enjoyment factor.

Taste description

An extremely intense taste with surprising mineral crystals and complex flavors: caramel, light chocolate, toffee. Aftertaste: soft nutty (hazelnut) and a bit of wood.

Ingredients:
COW’S MILK, salt, starter culture, rennet, preservative: sodium nitrate, colour: annatto norbixin.
