Two years of maturation in the historic cheese warehouse dating from 1906 in Woerden give Reypenaer V.S.O.P. its developed, powerful and full-bodied character. Natural changes in temperature and humidity, together with the knowledge and experience of four generations of the Van den Wijngaard family, play an important role in developing its flavour. The cheese has an intense and complex taste with fine mineral crystals and aromas of caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, toffee and woody notes. Reypenaer V.S.O.P. 135 gr,.
