Reypenaer Aged Cheese
Reypenaer is a Gouda made with craftsmanship, patience and careful attention to maturation. This cheese is traditionally aged for one year in the historic warehouse, where natural changes in temperature and humidity contribute to its rich, complex character. Although it is the youngest cheese in the Reypenaer range, it offers a full, intense and layered flavour that lingers pleasantly on the palate. The cheese has a soft, smooth texture with lightly creamy, salty, pleasantly fruity and nutty aromas. Large version of this cheese of 650 grams.
