Lotus Bakeries is a Belgian family company that has been built around one recognizable idea since 1932: creating small moments of enjoyment with snacks that deliver a strong taste experience. The story begins with baker Jan Boone Sr., who in 1932 in Lembeke developed a caramelised biscuit using natural ingredients. That biscuit grew into the world-famous Lotus Biscoff, known for its distinctive caramel flavour and crunchy bite.
Biscoff became popular as the “biscuit with coffee” and is now much more than a single cookie. The brand has built a full range, from biscuits and sandwich cookies to Biscoff spread.
