Knorr Professional Garde d'Or White Wine Sauce is a ready-to-use liquid sauce with a fresh wine taste. This gluten-free sauce is suitable for a vegetarian diet, easy to use in a pan, oven, salamander, microwave and bain-marie, and goes well with mussels and fish, such as salmon.

Ingredients
Water, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), CREAM, white wine (8%), modified starch, EGG YOLK, skimmed MILK POWDER, onion, salt, flavourings, acid (tartaric acid), thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum). May contain SOY, CELERY and MUSTARD.
