Knorr Professional Garde d'Or Red Wine Sauce is a ready-to-use liquid sauce with an intense wine taste. This gluten-free sauce is suitable for a vegetarian diet, can be used hot or cold and goes well with meat dishes and game.

Ingredients
Water, red wine (contains SULPHITE) (6.6%), modified starch, tomato puree, flavourings, Port wine (1.6%), yeast extract, colour (ammonia caramel), sugar, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), salt, shallot, bay leaf. May contain EGG, SOY, MILK, CELERY and MUSTARD.
