With long, gently sautéed onions, full ripe tomatoes and the distinct taste of lovage, this is an ideal tomato soup with no added sugars. An organic, vegan soup made with time, care and attention in Groningen.

Serving suggestion:
Add fresh basil and/or a dash of cream or olive oil. Can also be used as a basic tomato sauce.

Preparation:
Dilute this soup with half a pot of water and heat. Concentrated: Makes 3 x 200 ml soup.
