This lentil soup is the ultimate meal soup. The recipe has been passed down from mother to daughter and has the ideal balance of sweet, sour and cumin. Real soup needs time: naturally organic and vegan, concentrated (makes 3 x 200 ml) and made with solar energy. In our small factory in Groningen, our enthusiastic team makes soup every day the old-fashioned way, with 658 solar panels and with time, care and attention. That’s when soup tastes best.

Preparation:
Dilute this soup with half to one pot of water.
