Organic minestrone soup. In the past, shepherds in Tuscany would gather all the edible vegetables and herbs they could find while tending their animals, to cook a soup over the campfire in the evening. The chopped ingredients were fried in olive oil, then water was added to create a rich, hearty soup. Our soup is inspired by that tradition. This soup is produced using solar energy.
