The tomatoes grow in the Italian sun and are processed within 24 hours after harvest to preserve the pure taste of sun-ripened tomatoes. This doppio concentrato is a perfect base for Italian cooking and boosts the flavour of your dishes. Use it to add extra taste, texture and colour, ideal for longer cooking times, but also practical as a quick flavour enhancer.
