These tomatoes grow in the Italian sun and are processed within 24 hours after harvest to help preserve the pure taste of sun-ripened tomatoes. San Marzano tomatoes are celebrated for their sweet flavour, deep red colour and firm flesh. They grow on the volcanic soil of the Sarno river area at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. Mutti San Marzano tomatoes carry the DOP label to show they truly come from the Campania region. Ideal for the tastiest homemade pasta or pizza sauce, 100% Italian and without artificial additives.
