De Cecco Gluten Free Linguine is made with white corn, rice and brown rice and is versatile in the kitchen. This linguine is particularly suitable for pesto recipes prepared according to a traditional Ligurian recipe. Gluten free yet full of flavour, a recipe the whole family can enjoy. The pasta offers cooking resistance and chewiness, making it very similar to semolina pasta.


Ingredients: 
Yellow corn flour 32.5%, rice flour 25%, white corn flour 24%, wholegrain rice flour 12%, potato starch, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin. May contain SOY.
