De Cecco Gluten Free Potato Gnocchi makes potato gnocchi with 75% fresh potato puree enjoyable for everyone. They are soft and full of flavour and taste delicious with red sauces, cheese fondues and fish sauces. Gluten free yet full of taste, a recipe the whole family can share. The gnocchi offers cooking resistance and chewiness, making it very similar to semolina pasta.
