This aged cheese has been matured for 55 weeks and is recognised as one of the best old Gouda cheeses from the Netherlands. It features a robust and powerful flavour, with visible crystals that contribute to its rich and full taste. Ideal for grating over pasta, salads or oven dishes, and also delicious on bread or a cheese board.

Ingredients:

Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, starter culture, animal rennet, preservative: E251, colouring: E160b.
