Knorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise Sauce is a ready-to-use liquid hollandaise sauce with a full, fresh taste. The sauce can be used cold or warm, is easy to prepare in the oven, salamander, microwave and bain-marie, and combines well with vegetables, meat, egg and fish.

Vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), water, EGG YOLK 5%, skimmed MILK POWDER, salt, sugar, acidity regulator (lactic acid), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum, locust bean gum), flavourings (contains CELERY, MILK).
