Luxurious and creamy truffle mayonnaise from the Kern brand. This sauce combines a rich mayonnaise base with refined truffle notes and subtle pepper accents.

Perfect with fries, burgers, carpaccio, steak or as a flavour enhancer for various hot and cold dishes. The 53 cl squeeze bottle is ready to use and suitable for both home and professional kitchens.

Ingredients:
74.2% rapeseed oil, water, sugar, vinegar, mung bean protein, 1.9% MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD SEEDS, vinegar, salt, spices), salt, 1.3% wholegrain MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD SEEDS, vinegar, salt), 1% truffle flavouring, 0.6% flavour mix (yeast extract, mushroom extract), 0.3% EGG YOLK POWDER, ground black pepper, 0.1% truffle shavings (Tuber aestivum), natural pepper flavouring, antioxidant: calcium disodium EDTA
