The well-known Frietje Kern sauce from the Kern brand is a creamy, slightly sweet sauce specially developed for fries and snacks. This sauce combines rapeseed oil with mustard, onion and a refined spice mix for a rich, distinctive flavour.

Perfect with fries, snacks, burgers and other savoury dishes. The practical 53 cl squeeze bottle is ready to use and suitable for both home and professional kitchens.

Ingredients:
47.69% rapeseed oil, 19.08% sugar, water, vinegar, 3.18% onion granules, 1.91% MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD SEEDS, vinegar, salt, spices), 1.91% flavour mix (garlic extract, pepper extract, yeast extract, anise extract, tarragon extract, dill extract, flavouring, colours: beta-carotene, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins), salt, mung bean protein, 1% curry (turmeric, cumin, pepper, CELERY, nutmeg, ginger, coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, chili peppers, garlic), tomato concentrate, EGG YOLK POWDER, lemon juice, flavouring, modified maize starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: calcium disodium EDTA, sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia
