Metro Chef meat stock is a reduced meat-based broth, supplemented with delicious herbs. This meat stock is ideal as a basis for preparing soups, sauces or ragout. Meat stock can also be used as a flavor and aroma enhancer for dishes such as risotto, pasta or stews.
