Mutti Organic Chopped Tomato Pulp is made from organic tomatoes grown in the Italian sun and processed within 24 hours after harvest, helping to preserve the pure taste of sun-ripened tomatoes. To make this polpa, the tomatoes are peeled, the seeds are removed and the flesh is finely chopped. Mutti polpa combines tomato juice with small pieces of tomato. Because it contains more tomato juice than passata, it is ideal for dishes with longer cooking times or high-temperature cooking, such as pasta sauces and soups. 100% Italian and organic.
