Mutti Passata Strained Tomatoes Basil is a ready to use tomato sauce with fresh basil, made from tomatoes grown in the Italian sun and processed within 24 hours after harvest to preserve the pure taste of sun ripened tomatoes. This passata has a bright red colour, a smooth texture and a deliciously sweet flavour. A fresh basil leaf is added per bottle, giving the passata an extra aromatic taste. Ideal when you are short on time but still want a tasty Italian meal, simply add vegetables and or meat of your choice for a quick pasta sauce. 100% Italian.
