Mutti Passata from lungo tomatoes from Puglia is made using carefully selected elongated tomatoes from the Capitanata area in northern Puglia. This region gives the passata an intense, full and rustic character. The tomatoes are 100% Italian and processed into a ready-to-use tomato sauce with a bright red colour and a smooth texture. Perfect as a base for authentic Italian dishes, such as a quick and flavourful pasta sauce.
