Passata Emiliana originates from the countryside of Parma, the heart of Emilia and Mutti’s home. Thanks to the fertile soil, datterini tomatoes develop a sweet and delicately mild flavour. This passata has a bright red colour and a smooth texture, making it a perfect base for Italian dishes such as a quick pasta sauce.
