Van Gilse Light Caster Sugar (600 gr.)

Caster sugar is obtained by adding sugar syrup to granulated sugar. Caramel is added to Dark Caster Sugar. You can bake the tastiest cookies with this sugar, but this sugar is also delicious on pancakes, on sandwiches and in yogurt.
