Koopmans Mix for Oliebollen Complete Package (465 gr.)

This package includes oliebollenmix, currants, raisins and apple pieces. Exactly  in the right proportion. There's also a bag with powdered sugar. Good for 15 old-fashioned delicious and airy oliebollen.

Please note that this batter does not contain yeast and therefore does not need to rise.
