Koopmans Cake Flour (450 gr.)

Koopmans cake flour is the ideal basis for baking a filled cake. With one pack you bake 2 cakes. Tasty additions include raisins, nuts, chocolate and apple. One pack is good for baking two cakes.

Requirements for baking one cake:
225 g (½ pack) Koopmans cake flour • 200 g butter or margarine • 200 g white caster sugar • 3 eggs • 25 ml milk (2 tablespoons) • filling of your choice
