Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven.
2. Mix the mix and water in a mixing bowl with a mixer with garden and mix for 2 minutes on the highest setting until it is a nice smooth batter.
3. Add the chocolate chunks and stir them into the batter.
4. Use an ice cream scoop or 2 tablespoons to scoop the batter into 10 muffin tins. Fill the molds 2/3 full.
5. Place a baking tray with the muffins in the center of the oven. After about 15-20 minutes they are ready. Tip: prick the muffins with a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, you know for sure that the muffins are done.
