Drents dry sausage. An original type hard sausage, prepared according to an ancient Drents recipe. Thanks to the natural, fast drying and neutral sausage seasoning this sausage has a characteristic appearance and a clean taste.

varkensvlees, zout, dextrose, specerijen, suiker, stabilisator: E450, antioxidant: ascorbinezuur; conserveermiddel: natriumnitriet; worstomhulsel: varkensdarm. Voor 100g droge worst is 185 gram vlees gebruikt.
