Beemster Old cheese is still given time to ripen naturally. This creates a unique, spicy 48+ cheese with a very rich taste. Beemster Oud is famous because it is an old cheese that still melts in the mouth so deliciously. Our Beemster Oud 48+ is made with vegetarian rennet and is therefore a vegetarian cheese.
