With Beemster 30+ Oud you can enjoy responsibly. Here in the Beemster the cheese is given time to ripen. This provides a unique rich taste with 40% less fat than 48+ cheese. And still the familiar full taste of Beemster Oud. Our Beemster 30+ Oud is made with vegetarian rennet and is therefore a vegetarian cheese.
