Canned rendang. After a Belgian classic, Coertjens introduces a classic from the Asian kitchen.

Often described as Indonesian-style stewed meat. A tasty variation for those who want to bring world cuisine to the plate. Delicious with rice, naan bread or as a topping on fries. Prepared with carefully selected meat, coconut milk and a spice blend including lemongrass, lime and galanga.

Preparation: saucepan: pour the contents into a pan and heat gently while stirring.

Ingredients:
Horse meat* (35% cooked), meat stock, water, onions, modified maize starch, sunflower oil, red pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, herbs and spices, PEANUT OIL, ginger, colour (E150c), glucose syrup, coconut flavouring, lemongrass, maize starch, modified starch, carrot, leek, galanga, vinegar, SOY SAUCE (contains WHEAT, SOYA), lime leaf, anti-caking agent (E551), stabiliser: guar gum and xanthan gum. *The meat is not of Belgian origin. May contain traces of EGGS, MILK, MUSTARD, NUTS and CELERY.
