Canned beef stew.

Preparation: pour the contents into a saucepan and heat gently while stirring. Heat until boiling point and stir to avoid burning. 

Ingredients:
meat stock, beef* (34% cooked), water, onions, modified maize starch, refined beef fat, salt, sugar, vinegar, herbs and spices (contains MUSTARD), colour (E150c). *The meat is not of Belgian origin. May contain traces of PEANUTS, EGGS, GLUTEN, MILK, NUTS, CELERY and SOYA.
