Bicro Amsterdam Croquettes 400 gr.
Amsterdam-style bitterballen and croquette filling made from a recipe dating back four generations. The filling is based on a roux of rich meat stock, flour and cream, complemented by a spicy blend of seasonings. Prepared with fresh Dutch ingredients and without added flavour enhancers. Suitable for serving on toasted bread or making your own fried snacks.
Ingredients
Stock (water, 14% beef), WHEAT flour, modified corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, yeast extract, natural flavouring (SOYA, EGG), herbs & spices (including CELERY, MUSTARD), onions, CREAM butter, parsley
Usage
For serving on toasted bread, first slowly heat the contents in a saucepan or microwave. Stir occasionally and do not boil.
To make fried snacks, first place the tin in the refrigerator. Divide into portions and roll between both hands into the desired shape. Then coat in breadcrumbs, beaten egg and breadcrumbs once more. Deep-fry for 4 minutes at 180’C.
