Boerderij Chips

Boerderij® Chips is a true farm brand: on the farm, crisps are made from their own sustainably grown potatoes from clay soil. Because the potatoes are grown on their own land and processed directly on the farm, it’s all about control and freshness. The slices, skin and all, are fried in 100% High Oleic sunflower oil to preserve the full potato flavour. Frying is done in batches, allowing the crisp maker to fine-tune colour, shape and frying time each time for consistent quality. 

Boerderij Chips combines a recognisable “from field to bag” story with a focus on quality, transparency, and as circular a way of doing business as possible. For those who choose “pure,” the story is simple: potato and (High Oleic) sunflower oil are the foundation; the flavour comes from the product and the way it’s fried, not from tricks.
