This sheep cheese is made from 100% Dutch sheep milk. The milk comes from various farmers from Friesland and Noord Holland. Sheep cheese is easily digestible and has a surprisingly creamy taste.
Our cheese is vacuumed in order to guarantee optimal freshnes, and let you taste the typical taste of fresh Dutch cheese.
Note: Because the cheeses are cut by hand, weights may vary slightly.
